Hi, I’m Elizabeth
I’m a remote Product Researcher & UX Designer with a deep passion for helping people and improving complex services, based in Santa Fe, NM.
My focus is most often on mixed-method discovery & evaluative research, with a love for synthesizing actionable insights via pattern-finding by hand & augmented by AI.
My favorite types of projects involve creating rich, personal experiences towards a socially-conscious goal. In the process, I partner with clients de-risk their projects, measurably increase customer satisfaction, and lower margins.
Over the past 11+ years, I’ve worked on systemic design challenges for healthcare patient services, financial investment institutions, income-qualified households, volunteer engagement efforts, and utility energy programs.

This year, I’m teaching myself dscout, NotebookLM, and selling on ebay. Lately, I’m prioritizing learning through travel, finding the best green chili & craft beers around town, and making a dent in my ever-growing “to be read” bookshelf via Storygraph.
